Greg is a partner with Black McCuskey focusing on a wide range of general counsel advisory services with emphasis on creating legal strategies that support and add to value to the business, improving business performance through effective agreements inclusive of service level agreements and other metrics, managing/reducing spend, strategic and proactive contract management and compliance.

Prior to joining the firm, he was employed by Diebold Nixdorf North America as Vice President, General Counsel and held global positions, both legal and business, including responsibility for Diebold’s global spend and successful cost reduction initiatives and served as Diebold’s first global Chief Contracting Officer developing standards, templates, and deal review processes.  Greg’s specialties include: management of legal affairs for a publicly traded company, corporate transformation, go to market strategies for new products, software and services, outsourcing, ethics and compliance. He also has significant experience in litigation management, real estate, commercial/business negotiations, anti-trust, labor and employment, treasury services, software licensing, Intellectual Property management, mergers and acquisitions, Hart-Scott-Rodino, cash in transit services, investigations, IT/technology services, banking regulations, revenue recognition standards, leasing, insurance, service level agreements (SLAs), risk management, contract manufacturing, spend management and supply chain, international import/export/trade, leadership, strategy, global budget and cost reduction leadership, negotiations, contract management and consulting services.

Committed to his community, Greg serves as Vice Chairman of the Board for the YMCA of Central Stark County and has provided service for various charitable organizations and non-profit organizations.
