Ryan Kuchmaner is an associate with Black McCuskey and focuses his practice in the areas of business, litigation, commercial, real estate law, estate planning and trust administration.

A graduate of the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Ryan served as an officer of the Delta Theta Phi legal fraternity and was a member of the Student Bar Association. While attending law school, he participated in the accelerated joint degree program, concurrently earning his Master of Business Administration degree from the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management in only three years, focusing on banking and finance.

Prior to earning his J.D./M.B.A., Ryan attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Specialization in Finance. While at Ohio State, he participated as an officer in the pre-law fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta, and Students In Free Enterprise.

During the summer of 2009, Ryan worked at Black McCuskey as a summer associate. In addition, he has experience in the non-legal fields of Accounting and Computer & Information Technology. He is a member of the Stark County Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Akron Bar Association and Cleveland-Metropolitan Bar Association. Ryan is an active member of ystark! (the network of young professionals in the greater Canton area) where he currently serves as the 2012 Chair of the business development committee.
