Anthony (Tony) Efremoff is a senior member of the firm’s Business and Corporate Service Area. The principal portion of his practice is devoted to general corporate and business law with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, and securities law, including public and private offerings and registration and proxy statements.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Tony earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1959 and a Juris Doctorate degree from its Law School in 1963. Tony is recognized by his peers as one of the preeminent lawyers in his field, having received an AV® PreeminentTM Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell*.

Tony is a member of the Board of Directors of Standards Testing Laboratories, Inc. and Whitacre Greer Company.
