Patricia S. Kramer is an associate with Black McCuskey and specializes in Intellectual Property Law including copyright registration, federal trademark registration, software licensing and outsourcing agreements.
Prior to joining Black McCuskey, Pat worked at a patent and intellectual property firm in northeastern Ohio where she specialized in intellectual property law. She was also a judicial attorney for the Ohio Ninth District Court of Appeals in Akron, Ohio from 1999 to 2001 and worked for the Honorable William R. Baird.
Pat is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. In addition, she has served as vice president, secretary and treasurer of the Medina County (Ohio) Bar Association from 2005 to 2007. Active in her community, she has tutored individuals who speak English as a second language. Pat has also presented continuing legal education programs on intellectual property matters for general practitioners.
