Todd S. Bundy is co-coordinator of the Commercial Law and Corporate Practice Groups; and a member of the Litigation Practice Group. His practice includes the representation of publicly traded companies as well as privately held businesses in dealing with day-to-day legal matters and complex transactions. He has a general corporate and commercial practice with extensive experience in the representation of closely held corporations and financial institutions on general contract, regulatory, securities and merger transactions. Todd is recognized by his peers as one of the preeminent lawyers in his field, having received an AV® PreeminentTM Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell* and for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® from 2008 to 2012. In addition, he has been recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer for 2010 & 2012.

In 2002, he represented UNB Corp./First Corp. in the negotiation and closing of a merger resulting in a $3 billion regional financial organization, UNIZAN Financial Corp. In 2005/2006, Todd represented UNIZAN Financial Corp. in its merger with Huntington Bancshares, a $500 million plus merger transaction. With the passage of Sarbanes-Oxley, Todd has counseled corporations, executive officers and clients on several compliance issues, including executive compensation, the creation of internal controls and providing advice to audit committees as independent counsel. In addition, he continues to be involved in commercial litigation, representing various clients involved in contract disputes, employment matters, insurance coverage disputes and other commercial matters.

Todd is a member of the Corporate Law Committee, the Grievance Committee and the Executive Committee of the Stark County Bar Association, as well as a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. Active in the community, he is a member of the Advisory Board of Kent State University, Stark Campus, a member of the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce, on the Board of Trustees for the North Canton Medical Foundation and serves as President of the North Canton Educational Endowment Fund. He also the tennis coach at St. Thomas Aquinas High School.
