Attorney Gust Callas Reelected Treasurer
(July 2011) - Attorney Gust Callas has been reelected as Treasurer for the Stark County Bar Association for the 2010-2012 term. He serves as the Coordinator of the Labor & Employment practice area for the firm.
Gust has extensive experience in litigation with particular specialty in the defense and counseling of clients in employment-related matters including OSHA, and intentional tort litigation. He has successfully argued cases before the Ohio Supreme Court, as well as the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
He is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and the Federal Court Panel for Alternative Dispute Resolution for the Northern District of Ohio. In addition to being the first attorney in the State of Ohio to earn dual certification, Gust has been recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer from 2004 through 2011. He was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers, Corporate Counsel Edition from 2008 to 2011.
