Bruce M. Soares Named Managing Director
Black McCuskey is pleased to announce that Attorney Bruce M. Soares has been named Managing Director of the firm. He will continue to practice law and serve his clients while leading the growth of the firm. Former Managing Director, Randolph L. Snow, remains with Black McCuskey as a partner and will continue to actively practice law.
Bruce has been with Black McCuskey since 1980. His commitment to the firm, to his clients and the community positions him for this leadership role. In addition, Bruce has over 30 years of legal experience in handling complex, multi-faceted commercial and corporate transactional matters for Fortune 500 companies, commercial real estate development companies, health care facilities, energy-related businesses and financial institutions.
Additionally, Bruce is recognized by his peers as one of the preeminent lawyers in his field, having received an AV® PreeminentTM Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell* and for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2008 to 2012. He has also been recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer.
Committed to his community, Bruce currently serves as a board member of the Stark Development Board, the Jackson Township Student Loan Association, and the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Committee. He is a past board member of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Stark County.
