Eight Attorneys Recognized by Super Lawyers
(January 2012) - Attorneys Randolph L. Snow (litigation), Joel K. Dayton (bankruptcy & creditor/debtor rights), Gust Callas (labor & employment), Jim P. Kamerer (estate planning & probate) and Todd S. Bundy (business/corporate) of Black McCuskey Souers & Arbaugh, LPA, have been named by Ohio Super Lawyers magazine as top attorneys in Ohio for 2012. Only five percent of the lawyers in the state are named by Super Lawyers.
Additionally, three attorneys were named Ohio Rising Stars for 2012; Robert J. Murphy (real estate), Robert B. Preston III (civil litigation defense), and Michelle M. Schuld (business/corporate). No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected, and candidates must be either 40 years or younger, or in practice for ten years or less.
