Black McCuskey Law Firm Wins Significant Patent Case
(May 2012) - Black McCuskey recently won a significant case related to a pending patent application at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. An oral hearing took place in Washington D.C. in front of the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences. In less than two weeks, the Board issued a favorable decision for one of the firm’s clients.
The lead attorney on the case, Daniel J. Schlue, joined the firm as a partner in March. He focuses his practice in the area of Intellectual Property, both U.S. and foreign. Dan has extensive experience in patent, copyright and trademark matters.
