Black McCuskey is pleased to announce that Attorney Kimberly M. Rippeth graduated from Leadership Tuscarawas. The leadership program was formed through the efforts of the Tuscarawas County Chamber of Commerce and Kent State University at Tuscarawas. The purpose of Leadership Tuscarawas is to develop passionate, visionary leaders to strengthen the community.
Kimberly is an associate with Black McCuskey and focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, business law and real estate law. A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Akron School of Law, she served on the Executive Board of the Akron Law Review as the Executive Editor of Student Writing. She received the CALI Excellence Awards for the highest grade in Legal Drafting, Individual Taxation, and Wills, Trusts, & Estates II. While in law school, Kimberly gained practical experience in the area of wills, trusts, and estates as a law clerk for Judge Elinore Marsh Stormer of the Summit County Probate Court. Additionally, she worked as a summer associate for Black McCuskey.
Kimberly is a native of New Philadelphia and remains passionate about Tuscarawas County. “We encourage the attorneys of the firm to be involved in their communities,” said Bruce Soares, Managing Partner. “The Leadership Tuscarawas program provides an excellent opportunity to meet other leaders who wish to use their skills to improve and strengthen the county.”
