LeAnne Kiko is an associate with Black McCuskey and focuses her practice in the areas of business law, contracts and commercial transactions.
A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Akron, School of Law, LeAnne received her Juris Doctor degree while also working full time for Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated. In addition, LeAnne holds a master’s degree in business administration from Walsh University graduating cum laude and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Walsh as well. While at Walsh, LeAnne was a four year letter winner in women’s basketball where she received all-American and conference academic honors her junior and senior year.
Before joining Black McCuskey, LeAnne was employed by Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated holding a number of roles over her ten year tenure. LeAnne most recently held the role of Senior Manager, Strategic Deal Negotiations and Risk Management, Americas Region. In this role, she interfaced with global clients leading the review, drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts.
Committed to her community, LeAnne serves as secretary for the Ohio Archers Association and the Buckeye Archery Foundation.
