In the last few weeks, Black McCuskey has been monitoring the Coronavirus outbreak and following our crisis management plan. We have taken measures to protect our employees and clients by encouraging employees who are sick to stay home, canceling events, setting limits on travel and eliminating face-to-face meetings when possible. Simply stated, the health and safety of our employees, clients and colleagues is our first priority.
As of today our office remains open, but we are realistic in knowing that this could quickly change in the future. We remain committed to and will continue to meet the needs of our clients. Long before the virus outbreak, Black McCuskey built a secure and efficient technological infrastructure that provides our team with the ability to work remotely. We will have access to all records, documents and data needed to complete all ongoing projects and satisfy your new and continuing needs during this very difficult time. Such technological capabilities position us well to continue serving our clients from virtually anywhere.
Firm management will continue to monitor and follow the guidelines outlined by the CDC and the State of Ohio to insure the health and well-being of our employees and clients. We will provide updates in the event our office environment changes. We will also be providing appropriate legal updates as legislation is enacted and/or as additional requirements are imposed on business operations. Please feel free to contact us with questions you may have and please stay safe.
