The firm has served as counsel for creditors (secured and unsecured), creditors’ committees, trustees, debtors and shareholders in numerous Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 12 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings, and other workout proceedings. The firm has been particularly active in representing the interests of financial institutions in these types of proceedings.
