Haley is an associate attorney with Black McCuskey and focuses her practice in the areas of business and corporate law, litigation, and real estate law.

 

While attending The University of Akron School of Law, Haley was an Honors Fellow, she served as President and Social Media Chair of the Business Law Society, she was a member of the Law Association for Women, she was a member of the Federalist Society, and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Haley also completed an externship with Judge John R. Adams in the United States District Court for the Northern District. During law school, Haley worked as a legal writing fellow at the University. She began her career at Black McCuskey as a law clerk in 2023.

 

Haley graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Political Science, specializing in democracy and law. Additionally, she obtained a property and casualty insurance licensure for the State of Ohio. While at The Ohio State University, Haley worked in the insurance industry.

 

Haley routinely volunteers with Power of the Pen and other organizations that she enjoyed participating in when she was growing up.  Additionally, Haley is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Stark County Bar Association.
