Stay-At-Home is here in Ohio. On Sunday, March 22, 2020, the Governor announced a stay-at-home order for all individuals in Ohio, unless they are engaged in essential work or activity. The order goes into effect at midnight on Monday, March 23, 2020. For a list of essential and non-essential work or activities, please see the link below.
We are all in this together. Make sure that you plan ahead and do not panic.
Updates both on the State and Federal levels will be forthcoming. For questions regarding the stay-at-home order as it impacts you or your business, please contact any of our labor and employment lawyers.
